India Pale Ale (IPA)
ABV: 6.8% IBUs: 70
This beer is named for its ever rotating array of hops. The name implies that many people are unaware or miss that the hops have changed from batch to batch. We use the same malt and grain build to get consistent body and alcohol.

MÄRZEN
ABV: 5.7% IBUs: 30
As traditional as they come, this beer is modeled after our brewer’s passion for German beer. He spent extensive time in Germany and fell in love with the style while abroad. The beer is designed to be a classic representation of the style. Light bready and toasty notes make up both the flavor and aromatic profile. This beer is designed to be drank all year round, but seems to taste the best when sitting out in our patio/biergarten.
PILSNER ABV: 5.3%
IBUs: 40
What do you call a group of owls? A parliament! This beer is a European classic. We modeled ours’ from the German variant. Well-balanced, crisp, and just a light, bitter bite from the use of Hallertau Mittfruh hops. We also use a modern technique of dry hopping to give this beer light fruit aromatics.
HONEY BROWN
ABV: 7.5% IBUs: 25
Rich and decadent malt character with hints of chocolate and coffee rounded out with a smooth, but full body. We use 100% locally sourced honey to give this beer extra ABV and a light, complex sweetness. We use honey from our own hives as much as possible, but it takes a lot to make as much honey as we need. Our bees forage locally and source a lot of their nutrients from our herb garden.
